  My parents and I have been with Allstate through Tonda's agency for 5 almost 6 years now. We normally deal with Vanessa Ocampo and she does a fantastic job that answering all of our questions and making sure that we do feel in "Good Hands". Before Allstate my family and I were insured with Farm Bureau, we had several bad experiences and felt as our questions were never fully answered. Everyone at this agency does an AMAZING job at what they do! My family and I could not be any happier! Definitely one of the best agencies in Surry County!

  I emailed my old homeowner's policy to an agent at this location and the agent told me he could get me in to a policy exactly like my old one. When my policy arrived, the coverage was nowhere near the same. It didn't even cover wind or hail damage. Be wary. Agents at this location will lie to you to sell you a policy.
